We may post vacancies via trusted industry recognised online job boards. If you wish to apply to our vacancy, you will be required to submit personal information about yourself in order for us to assess your suitability for the role. If we do not receive all the information we need, we will not be in a position to process your application in the fair and reasonable way we like to.

What we do with the information we gather

The information obtained from you submitting your information via the ‘Contact’ page will be carefully assessed and appropriate action taken. The safety and security of your data is important to us and it will be kept secure.

If you apply to a vacancy we have posted via trusted industry recognized online job board/s, your application will be received by a key member of our team and our IT department (for information security reasons). Our aim is to control the flow of data received into our company, therefore, the movement of your application will be kept as minimal as possible.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties.

Security

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure and in order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect via our website.

If we experience a data breach we will investigate the incident thoroughly following approved internal procedures which support data protection legislation requirements.

Controlling your personal information

Artlab Films Limited will not disclose your personal data without consent unless we have a legal obligation to do so.

If you have completed the form on our ‘Contact’ page and you change your mind about us holding your data, please email info@artlabfilms.com or write to us at Artlab Films Limited, 14 Sceptre Court, Sceptre Point, Preston, PR5 6AW and we will remove your details immediately upon receipt.

If you have applied to a vacancy via the trusted industry recognized online job board/s, we will process, store and destroy your personal data securely in accordance with the Employment Practices Data Protection Code and data protection legislation.

If you are successful with your application, details of where and how we store your personal data will be shared with you when you join us. If you are unsuccessful, we will keep your application for 6 months and then it will be securely and safely destroyed and removed from our systems.

If you direct message Artlab Films via our social media channel Twitter, your message will be stored on the relevant social media platform. It will not be saved on our server. We encourage you to look at Twitter’s privacy statement as it may differ from ours.

If you wish to see details of personal information which we hold about you, you may submit a subject access request under current data protection legislation.
